The scale is recognized by the Igel thin client, as it shows up under the hardware inventory menu with the proper product description, manufacturers, vendor ID, and Product ID. I have no other class or device rules set up. On the Igel thin client i have Fabulatech USB Redirection enabled and the default run set to "allow". I am using version 5.2.3.1 of USB for Remote Destktop. The server is a Windows VM, and the client is a Igel UD3 thin client running firmware 10.06.110.01. I also have 2 Zebra thermal printers which are working properly with USB for Remote Desktop. The Fairbanks scales isn't showing up in the list of connected devices in the Administrative Utility. I am having problems getting our Fairbanks SCB-R9000-14U scale working with USB for Remote Desktop.
